COVID-19 Lifestyle Farm Update

Vets are viewed as an essential service, so we continue to be here for you 24/7. If you need to see us, call your local clinic as per normal, including after hours.
However, we do have some changes we will need to make to be compliant with the lockdown rules.
- To minimise contact time within the clinics, phone or even better email your order to us. We can have it ready for collection when you arrive or we may be able to arrange drop-offs for you. We are currently working on a drop off service for products which will operate in each region from Thursday. Contact us for details.
- We will be moving a number of our team to be working remotely, so at times we will have fewer people at each branch. Please bear with us if it takes a little bit longer for us to answer incoming phone calls. We are doing this to ensure we can continue to have a 24 /7 service available to you, should one or more of our team be required to self-isolate in the future.
- Our teams will be keeping a social distance from you and your staff while on your lifestyle block for the safety of all. Please don’t take it personally if you don’t get your normal handshake! If you have flu-like symptoms or are in self-isolation, please let us know in advance of the visit, so we can plan accordingly.
