Return to Level 2 Update

August 29, 2020

return to level 2 update

As you will already know, the Prime Minister has advised that Auckland will return to alert Level 2 from Monday 31 August.

This means that our Pukekohe, Papakura, Karaka, Waiuku & Beachlands clinics will be joining our other clinics and operating under Level 2 restrictions from Monday morning.

What does this mean for you & your pets?

You are now welcome back into the clinic but you will need to keep a distance of 1-metre and follow the instructions of our team, regarding how many people are allowed in the retail space and waiting areas at any time.

There is no government requirement for PPE with close contact services under level 2 but our team would appreciate it if you could please wear your mask (or one of ours) when in the consult rooms. The majority of our team will also choose to wear one.

In very small consult rooms, we may need to take your pets to the treatment room for examination or ask you to wait in the waiting room while we examine them.

We are committed to keeping both our people and our clients safe so we ask you for your patience at this time.

Opening hours

Some clinics have changed their hours. Check the website for updates.

Contact Tracing

Each clinic has its own unique QR code for you to scan when you arrive.

Thanks for your patience and stay safe out there.
