Kam leads our farm and equine services client accounts team and she is available to take your invoice and statement queries, plus update contact details if needed.
Via ezyVet, our database management software, she is able to access all of your account information ensuring any queries can be handled efficiently and seamlessly across the practice. If you are having difficulty in paying your bill, Kam can organise payment plans and other options.
If you’d like your monthly account statements emailed directly to you, then please feel free to let us know and we’ll set up your account accordingly. We are also able to offer our clients a direct debit facility so give Kam a call to discuss your options.
Kam works Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Farm & Equine Accounts

Melissa has been with Franklin Vets since 2013 and is an integral part of the team at our head office. She is likely to be the first one you talk to when you call for accounts assistance as she fields many of our incoming calls. Her role varies from assisting with general administration duties, to providing valuable assistance with the Farm and Equine Services accounts.
Melissa works Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
