Lisa manages our farm and equine services client accounts, ensuring effective communication between customers and vets. She’s able to access all of our accounts across our clinics enabling any queries to be handled efficiently and taking into account any individual circumstances.
If you’d like your monthly account statements emailed directly to you, then please feel free to let us know and we’ll set up your account accordingly. We are also able to offer our clients a direct debit facility so give Lisa a call to discuss your options.
Lisa works Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Melissa has been with Franklin Vets since 2013 and is an integral part of the team at our head office. She is likely to be the first one you talk to when you call for accounts assistance as she fields many of our incoming calls. Her role varies from assisting with general administration duties, to providing valuable assistance to Lisa Berge with the Farm and Equine Services accounts.
Melissa works Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
