Please note, our Paeroa clinic does not have online booking facilities as yet.

We are now excited to be able to offer E-Consults for your pets and online shopping through our client portal.


E-Consults using Microsoft Teams give us the ability to engage with you and your pets face-to-face without the need to visit the clinic. This is particularly useful now that we are in Stage-4 Lockdown with clients only able to bring animals to the clinic for provision of essential services (i.e. those that if left unattended will have negative impacts on their welfare).

We hope this will make it easier for you to gain access to our services for non-urgent issues. If you are a VIPCare client these will be free of charge to pets signed up to the programme,

Weekend surcharges will not apply to anyone.

Please phone your local clinic for an appointment. The team will step you through the E-Consult process. You will need to download Microsoft Teams from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone) onto a video-capable phone or tablet which has access to your emails.

Product Purchases through the client portal

Login into the client portal by clicking the ‘Client POrtal’ button at the top of the page.  See instructions higher up this page , which will step you through this process. Once in the client portal, you will be able to make online appointments for sick pets or kitten/puppy vaccinations, order products for pick up and local delivery, and access your pet’s health information.
