Franklin Vets has a reputation for giving our Graduates a great start to their career, and due to continued client growth we are offering a number of Graduate positions for 2022.

If you want to build a successful veterinarian career, you’ll want to make sure you start out with the best possible foundation. You’ll need strength and resilience – but most importantly – you need confidence you’re joining a business that promotes career growth, while offering clients the very best in veterinary care.

Franklin Vets is a progressive, mixed animal practice employing 50 Vets in 10 clinics across the South Auckland, North Waikato and Thames and Coromandel Districts. All 13 of our owners work inside the business and are committed to making Franklin Vets a great place to work.

We’re growing too, so we need enthusiastic Graduate Veterinarians (like you) to help us fill the demand for our growing farm and companion animal services.

We won’t just leave you to it though, you’ll be supported every step of the way! Our structured graduate support program, facilitated by a small yet diverse team of internal and external Senior Veterinarian Practitioners, will give you exposure to a range of professional development topics while addressing issues where new graduates need the most support.

For the 2022 intake, we’re looking to hire 6 graduates for the following roles:
