Dr Sarah Clews
Sarah trained at Massey University, graduating in 2017. She works predominantly with our lifestyle block clients, and can also be found in the Papakura Clinic one day a week. Sarah loves working for a BESTPRACTICE approved clinic and enjoys working closely with clients to keep their animals as happy and healthy.
Prior to her veterinary degree, she completed a degree in animal behaviour and worked as a dog trainer before heading overseas. Her travels saw her offering medical care to elephants in Thailand, studying wolf behaviour in the Rockies, training horses in Ohio and caring for the many rescued cats and dogs from the Bangkok floods. Her veterinary degree has since taken her to work in aid programs across the Myanmar countryside and work with wildlife and stray populations in South Africa.
Large Animal Client Services
Christine joined the Papakura team in early 2017. Prior to that, she worked with our farm customers at our Taupiri clinic for 10 years where she gained a vast knowledge of the dairy industry. Christine loves animals and previously lived on a 50-acre lifestyle block in the Waikato where she reared calves and had a few sheep and breeding cows.
