Just so you know, our EzyVet client portal system requires an exact match of your first and last names, address, phone number(s), and email address. This avoids a duplicate account being created.
If you are unsure what details you have on your client file with us, please give your local clinic a call or email and they can send you a Sign Up email to avoid a duplicate account and ensure you get quick access to your pets details.
