Matt Richards

Matt has always had a love for animals and started his career as a kennel attendant, later graduating with a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing from Wintec in 2022. He began his nursing journey with Hamilton Vets before moving to Palmerston North, where he gained valuable experience working in the anaesthesia department at Massey University’s Companion Animal Hospital. He returned to Hamilton mid-2025 and is dedicated to providing the best care for every patient and helping make their time with Hamilton Vets as comfortable as possible.
